        Bought this ring less than a week ago and have been taking proper care and taking it off between hand washes/sanitizers/etc. If you zoom in closely its already starting to rustIm about to head to the Domain location soon; so hopefully I get my full $80 refund or else I will be disputing with my bank and reaching out to the BBB. Ive seen cheap costume jewelery hold up longer than this

        DO NOT BUY!!! Although the jewelry are unique designs, the quality is so cheap and tarnishes after a couple of wears. I was told that they Guarantee and will replace if it does and they did not honor it. Think twice! Too expensive for the cheap quality.

        My partner purchased a gold plated ring for $80 from this location. We were told that this is a quality piece of jewelry that is tarnish resistant, but within five days we noticed a green discolored stain on her finger. Not only did we discover a stain, but we noticed tarnishing to the actual ring itself. It is pretty upsetting given that it cost $80 and is claimed to be high-quality jewelry. Even my cheap costume jewelry doesnt react this way. None of her other jewelry reacts to her like this, this is the only piece of jewelry that has caused such an intense level of tarnishing and staining. She is taking all the precautions to maintain the piece, like removing the jewelry when washing her hands. There is no reason this shouldve happened, especially within five days of owning the piece of jewelry. We reached out to customer service to request a full refund and return of the piece, and they suggested that she was not taking care of the jewelry like it should be. There only solution was to send us a link to an article about how jewelry reacts to skin. At this point, we are just hoping to receive a refund, and to return the item.

      Hi Emma,I see that this is a duplicate review as the one you posted prior. It seems that you did come in to the store and the ring itself was in perfect condition, which is why you received a store credit in exchange for the item, which you accepted. The green ring on your finger is not rust, it is a discoloration due to a reaction between the metal and the acids in your skin which we explained in your other duplicate review and to you in person. Unfortunately your body's PH balance changes daily and even with solid gold this can happen. I'm glad you were able to return the ring though since you were not satisfied, hopefully you're able to find something else that works better for you!

We cannot guarantee our jewelry against normal wear & tear especially on a piece that was worn for over a year.
