While visiting my sister in San Antonio, my husband was interested in a Glashutte watch. These timepieces are sold in Austin so we took a day drive to take a peek. We are so glad we did! Natalia and Mr. Major's were so helpful and kind. They are a 5th Generation jeweler. We too own a business which is multi-generational and you can definitely tell by their expertise and pride they take in their business. They placed an order for us and they made sure it came in ASAP since we had to return to Minnesota shortly. We made our second trip to Austin to pickup the new beauty and received such great customer service from everyone! We even got some fun recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants in the area. We will definitely return to the shop when we come and visit Texas again. Hopefully... a little something for the wife this time... ha ha!

Simply outstanding service. Brought my Glashtte watch for bracelet sizing. Was immediately welcomed by Melanie. The place was busy, so she proposed a few options including giving me a call as soon as things quiet down. Very professional. The work was done perfectly. With a smile and good conversation. I later met Mr. Majors who is just his team, respectful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. Highly recommended.
