GEICO Insurance Agent

Edited: Has been a customer since Oct 2021. Edited from 5 stars to 2. I have auto and rental insurance. I have been trying to cancel my rental insurance because I moved but I have not been able to stay in contact with a rep. The phone number listed does not go to a rep but an automated system that eventually hangs up on you. Geico does not allow cancellation online. My auto insurance is set up to be renewed by next month and I am considering changing based on my experience today.

Rana was incredibly patient and helpful when we were shopping for new auto insurance. She took the time to explore all avenues to get the best fit for us at the best rate possible. Rana even went above and looked into bundling which ultimately saves us even more money. Im so grateful for her responsiveness and for making this process seamless. Highly recommend this office and team!

Joanne Lozano was impeccable and expeditious when I called in to change coverages on my existing auto policy, subsequently saving me a lot of money with better coverage options to meet my needs for the year. Joannes courtesy and attentiveness to my needs coupled with her strong knowledge of the policy details were much appreciated. I highly recommend Joanne for her 5 star customer service and will not hesitate to call her for assistance going forward. 5 star service is hard to find these days. Thanks again Joanne.
