Read through the fake good reviews there are numerous people telling you how it is for a reason they do not payout commissions for the policies you’re writing

Absolutely terrible. As an agent, this place is inefficient, ineffective and pretty much a waste of your time. It takes 24-48 hours to do what would really take about 15 min. If payment on a customers policy is late, the agent is not notified and the policy will cancel. Then you have to call the insured and explain how to reinstate the policy and it forces us to be reactive instead of proactive. The concept of Superior Access is brilliant but the way it is ran from the top down is terrible. This company would be so much better if they would listen to the agents suggestions. I can't even call the insurance company and change coverages without the insured being on the phone. That very concept discredits the retail agent and since Superior Access isn't open on the weekends that creates another hurtel. The easier you make it for the agents the higher we will soar and help others.
