Jackie did a very professional and great job on quoting the insurance policies to me for our house. It was easy for me to decide after she spent time with me to customize the coverages I needed. I got quotes from two other national companies. While we were discussing the rates, she found several areas where the other companies had left off important coverages or limits. In fact, access to her by phone was easy compared to the two other companies that I am still waiting for return calls. Thank you Jackie!

Watch out for the rate you get! Just to make you THINK you are getting a decent rate, our agent used figures that were not the figures he asked me for. He got me a decent rate and boasted that he saved me $5K, but fast forward one year later, we're being told since the figure was wrong, we now owe an additional $10.5K! Due immediately! Smoke and Mirrors~Bait & Switch~ whatever you call it, he doesn't have your back, so watch out!!

I first obtained auto and homeowner insurance with the Bellamy Insurance Group over 25 years ago when I moved to Texas, and have been with them ever since. Every one of the staff is friendly, professional, and takes the time to get to know you and your specific needs. I would not consider going anywhere else.
