        I'd give zero if I could. Horrible business practices. Never answers the phone and can't leave a message because voice mail is always full. Never responds to emails either. I have switched agents and am much better for it. She should have her license/affiliation with Allstate taken away.

        I have been with Allstate for years and have had to use my insurance on hail damage, water damage, and car and truck repairs. Allstate has been there for me. I could have been paying thousands for all the damages that has happened over the years. Every claim that was submitted was taken care of promptly. I couldn't recommend a better company than the one I use. Thanks Allstate for being their for my family and I. Great Services.
