Thank you very much to your work team and to you, lawyer, for your excellent work. Yesterday I couldn't stop thanking God for approving my residency. This is the second case that you have helped us solve. You are a great professional and intelligent lawyer. Anyone who needs an honest lawyer this is the perfect place.

The lawyer Gloria Ortiz brazenly stole from us at least $7,000 dollars in promises that she did not keep and laws that she does not know, and on top of that she acts angry and runs away from the office shouting like a crazy woman (not at all professional) so as not to return you. the money please see all the reviews before hiring her, you can call me, you have all my information, or return the money to me because we do it with a lot of work and you find it so difficult to steal.

BEWARE!!!!!!!! IF IT'S HARD FOR YOU TO EARN YOUR MONEY AND YOU ARE VERY CONCERNED ABOUT YOUR LEGAL SITUATION DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME YOUR MONEY HERE We STOLEN 5000 the first appointment will charge you already paying she never has time she hides when you go talk to her she never has safe people she always changes staff she never gave us a receipt for that! Immigration received something from your case and only gives you a sent paper. pass for a responsible person in reality. He can't handle the appointments from San Antonio or Austin while he is in the office, he hides. When we heard her in the media on Keyla radio, a Christian radio, we thought she would be a serious person and we had no response from her! If she didn't call she wouldn't communicate with Tigo... In fact we had to pay for another lawyer because she charges for doing nothing 5000 dollars and then with any paper excuse they won't give you your money. Friends and Countrymen, if your case is very difficult or simple and you are desperate like my family, do not waste your money time why the only thing you will have is sadness of becoming poor while she becomes rich at the expense of people with hope...and to stay with the family...and Lawyer if you deign to read this!!!! Emails and calls were left and the money was never returned. He did not give a solution. Do your job. Honestly, and you know that I speak the truth so that more people like you do not cheat or steal and if you cannot help, do not steal people's money... That with effort you work at it... Better be honest and Values give more good references and actions...for you it is nothing but for the person who puts their money, trust and time it is everything, thank God to us We realized in time before the court went and we hired another lawyer who realized that you didn't! She sent nothing and never acted as a representative lawyer. May God give you the understanding that stealing is better than stealing... Do not use people's illusions or desperation... to take their money, hopefully from the radio stations and programs that advertise it. Give all the references. From your company...

My husband and I had been recommended to come with Ms. Ortiz nearly 2 years ago. Upon first meeting her she insisted we trust her because she was experienced and informed. Fast forward to today, we had to fire her and hire another attorney to clean up and finish the mess she made with our case. USCIS sent out a final request for evidence because documentation had been sent out incorrectly for the 3rd time. I have the documents that she had filled out incorrectly. There were incorrect birthdates, birthplaces, incorrect documents, and even missing documents. We tried reaching out to Ms. Ortiz because we needed to send out the correct documents before the set due date. We waited with no response until we called again and they stated they didnt know what we were talking about And yet Ms Ortiz still had not reached out. During this time we decided to stop business with her and let her receptionist know. By the next day Ms. Ortiz was calling from her personal number as an act of good faith. And only addressed that we were no longer needing her services. That was our final straw. It was clear she did not value us, nor our time, nor our case. And because of the repeated errors we could not trust her firm to carry out this final request for evidence. This firm is far from helpful. They have set back our case time after time and kept over 5k even though absolutely nothing was accomplished. They rarely ever answered calls or emails. You would speak to one person one day and another who knew not a single thing by the following month( if you were lucky enough to even speak with someone). We had sent a lot of personal information to someone in the office only to find out that they had no idea where that information went. We had to send the same information to various employees and they still filled out the documentation wrong. and when questioning them about all these problems and more they stated that they were no longer going to answer my questions or concerns and were only going to be answering to my husband despite it being OUR case. I assume the questions I asked were just too difficult on her staff. At one point she demanded $3,000, when several thousand had already been paid, or she would not tell us the time and date of an appointment. Its a shame that places like this are in business. And Im just scraping the surface of all the problems we faced with Ms Ortiz. I can only warn you all to not reach out. She doesnt care about anything but her reputation and is willing to trample on her clients to maintain it. and to this date, Ms. Ortiz has yet to reach out with some type of apology. We deserve at least that, but you are a coward so I expect nothing more from you.
