Weve been a customer of Merry Maids for years and had them come out for a cleaning appointment recently. We are always pleased with their work, but had to leave a review since this last visit was the absolute best job ever! Every single thing was cleaned to perfection! We were so pleased with Merry Maids and will remain loyal and happy customers!!

This was my first experience with Merry Maids and I sadly dont recommend them. The person who scheduled me on the phone told me that a Move out clean was charged $150/hr and that 2 maids would come in. But the day of, only 1 maid came, and she had completely different information on her side of what we were doing. She was nice the spots she did clean were great, but I feel like we were ripped off considering she had to take longer since there werent two maids, and therefore I paid more. In the end I was charged $300 for a deep cleaning of 2 bathrooms and the kitchencouldnt even finish the rest of what I requested because of time.

Sarah and her team took care of me at the last minute during the sale of my house. They did sure a great job I had an offer in 4 hours!

The Merry Maids of West Austin cleaners from Sarah at the top to the wonderful cleaning reps were exceptional. Definitely worth the money. They even bagged up two full bags of excessive hangers i had left. I hugely recommend Merry Maids of West Austin to anyone looking for a detailed and effective clean. Everything was well cleaned. Job well done!!!
