The entire staff helped in making things perfect for me to get down on one knee and propose at Zanzibar the rooftop terrace and help create a very special and magical memory for my partner, and I. But extra special thanks to Macy Huggs who help me organize things over a month in advance and a huge thanks to both Alyssa and Rachel at the front desk went above and beyond and getting a room reserved and even getting us access to the pool while they were putting the finishing touches on the room. The rooms are very clean and the service is top notch. The location is in the center of the city and is walking distance to some very good restaurants (unless it's +100f outside) and attractions like bat watching which is something so many people do in Austin. Location is also close enough to the airport (20 minute drive). Amenities like the pool and gym are very convenient. The view from the hotel is nothing to rave about but it's not bad either depending on which room you'll get. Mine was overlooking a street.

Its been a long time since I was at an establishment that truly understood service! The attention to detail of each employee was superb - from the front desk worker walking me to the elevator and luggage storage to the fabulous restaurant The room is stylish and clean.
