        Nikki was rude to me throughout the processes and only when I told her I was ready to purchase was she sweet as candy. When I tried to escalate to other members of the staff they said I had to work with her; no help. Then they told us white glove delivery and they would place the heavy furniture on my dock. When we got home they had placed it on our deck and we had to carry it all to the dock and up the stairs. Not white glove.

        Top notch service and the best selection. I didn't need anything but accessories for my BGE, but they treated me like I was a great customer. Friendly and professional knowledgeable folks. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
