Mello

In the 5 years that I've been running a business, this is hands-down the worst vendor experience of my life. I just finished a 5 month, 100+ email thread saga of pleading with Zach and Mello Printing to complete an order I placed in October 2023 and paid for in full. I was promise items by mid-November. I received them 80+ days later (and there are misprints, embroidery issues etc.) Still no refunds, no returned phone calls. I never post reviews, but I sincerely want to save you the time, money, and insane frustration of working with this disaster of a company.

Not reliable. It's been more then 2 months that I've been waiting for my order to arrive. They don't even respond to my emails! I'm not sure about their quality yet because I haven't received my sweater, but do a favor to yourself and don't place any order with them that you need fast. EDIT: Zach reached out after I did this review and couple weeks later I've received my sweater. He reimbursed me the cost of the sweater for the inconveniences and has been very responsive since then.

Zach was super helpful in providing a quote for custom tote bags! He responded to my inquiry quickly and was very friendly and accommodating of a potentially tight timeline. I hope to use his printing services in the future and highly recommend considering Mello for your local printing needs!

We ordered a small batch set of shirts. The experience was so collaborative and enjoyable, not to the mention the result was excellent. The timeline, quality, and communication were top notch. We cant wait to collaborate again!
