Ray - We apologize for your experience and look forward to working with you to remedy the situation for you and others. We recently restructured our memberships and pricing and there may have been an issue that I will personally look into. Regarding ROK Golf being focused on training and practicing, you are 100% correct. ROK Golf is, at it's core, a facility built to provide golfers access to Trackman to practice, learn. Over time we did realize that entertainment a popular use, but it is more for "serious" entertainment, opposite of Top Golf for example. We are certainly not the cheapest as our facility is equipped with the best (and most expensive) technology, Trackman.At ROK Golf we do offer different membership programs and discounts for first time players that may have not been applied. I know you were at ROK Golf when we were extremely busy on a rainy Saturday and that heavy load may caused some of the issue.We will work hard to make sure that our pricing is clear as well as improve our messaging as to what ROK Golf is, and isn't, so expectations properly set.
