EcoClean Green Dry Cleaner & Laundry

Ive given EcoClean many attempts to right their wrongs. I started using them because I thought they would stand behind the Eco in their name. Ive asked to never receive hangers or plastic and nearly every time this has happened. Theirs clearly noted on my account and they never get it right. Very disappointed.

Have nothing but terrible things to say about this place! The whole experience was negative - from dropping off items and spending 10 mins trying to get some type of receipt to ensure I could track my items (never got one) to them clearly not looking at the wash instructions / tags / fabrics of my items to the customer service since. They fully ruined a cashmere quilt and shrank an expensive duvet by drying them in a dryer. I have called multiple times and emailed since and each time get told a manager will call me back - they never have. I have also not gotten response to emails. Just complete neglect. DO NOT take your items to be cleaned here.

Not a great dry cleaner. They perform basic functions in a timely manner. However, they struggle with anything beyond simply cleaning garments, and they cannot handle stains of any kind. Furthermore, they do not care about keeping customers. The management is invisible and basically unreachable. They have no one who can hear a customer complaint in any of the shops and do not staff the main office with management on the weekends. The people in the shops and that you get on the phone are low-paid and do not care. I rarely leave reviews, but I am leaving this one because they pester you to review them. They really shouldn't, because their service is atrocious. What good is a dry cleaner that can't remove a simple grease stain from cotton? Avoid this place.

There's a much longer and more frustrated version of this review, but the short version is: I paid to have them clean and ship my wedding dress, the dress got lost or forgotten for months, none of the promised follow-ups ever materialized, and I had to spend multiple hours of time over more than a month trying to get any answers. This came to a head over the past week with EcoClean's general manager (Jeff) telling me he had shipped it a week ago, blaming his employees for the month-plus delay after the dress was located and I paid for it, promising multiple times that the tracking information was sitting on his desk and he would send it ASAP, ghosting on that promise multiple times, and finally sending me tracking information that revealed he had only created the label with FedEx AFTER our last phone call (during which time he again promised me it had been shipped a week prior). I'm not an unreasonable person; I know stuff falls through the cracks sometimes and that's totally fine if you're honest about it and work to solve the problem; but drawn out and consistent avoidance, disorganization, and obvious/documented dishonesty about where my wedding dress actually was is mind-boggling to me. In short: do not trust this company with anything important to you. Incompetent at best, dishonest at worst.
