        AVOID this PHARMACY. I called 3 times over 3 days and tried different times where they might not be as busy. Each time after someone finally answered and told me to hold, they disconnected me. I'm done with this location. Although the CVS on Slaughter and Brodie also has bad reviews, a person answered within minutes and helped with my prescriptions. In contrast, HEB and Costco pharmacies are well staffed, courteous, and competent.

        This is my favorite CVS store in Austin, everytime I walk in the customer service is immaculate. An employee named Nayeli is super helpful made sure I could find everything I needed.
