        ZERO level of customer service. Simply trying to transfer my prescriptions as now on CVS Caremark - now remember why I stopped going to CVS. Left on/off hold for over 15 minutes...what the heck??!!!!! And that store is super, super dirty inside!

        Despite being severely understaffed, Pharmacists Sarah and Orlando provide wonderful, calm and kind service with what I usually see is only one assistant at a time. I found phone response to have very long wait times, and once I went in, could understand why. What a shame they can't seem to find enough assistants to work! Adding additional thanks and praise for hardworking and caring Pharmacist Orlando, who goes above and beyond to support my family's pharmacy needs.

        On hold for 25 minutes to ask about my prescription. Never get an answer. So I have to drive 15 minutes to talk to someone about my prescription and there is only 2 people in line. Get seen within 5 minutes. Unacceptable that no one is answering phones when its not even busy.

        Not only are they unfriendly and treat everyone like we are bums from the streets . Bathrooms are always out of order, I never understand how the employees make it ALL day without a bathroom!Nasty store! Wish my insurance didn't force me to use CVS. Hate it!!
