        Office is clean and spacious. I was seen within minutes of my scheduled appointment and the staff including Dr Julian is very friendly and thorough. He listened to my concerns and made some changes to my topical prescriptions.

        My Dr. Julian was friendly, professional, and prompt. I was seen on time and he listened to my concerns, conducted a thorough exam, and provided detailed recommendations. During my visit there were a few issues: 1. I completed all required paperwork online ahead of time, however when I arrived for my appointment I was asked to fill out the same paperwork again. Not a huge deal - this happens frequently in doctors offices. 2. The exam room was filthy. The floor was visibly dirty with clumps of black hair, visible dirt, and stains. There were stains on the walls and baseboards as well. It seemed as if the room had not been cleaned for some time and I did not feel comfortable removing my shoes for the exam.
