The follow up visit was a bit better - I guess Google reviews do make a positive impact after all! The doctor seemed to be more interested in hear what I had to say and was impressed with the great results with my natural alternative to the prescribed medications. However, the time of the visit was less than 15 min and I felt like she was in a hurry. I've decided to try another specialist and I'm absolutely happy with my decision.
Original Review:
Don't expect a warm welcome and be aware that you'll have about 15 minutes with the doctor. The diagnosis was so fast that made me doubt of my choice of specialist. The prescription was so expensive and the side effects didn't make me excited to try it. I ended up trying something natural over the counter that's is working just fine.
Another upsetting thing is that the PA did most of the talking and guidance. I have waited for so long for this appointment and I left the office absolutely frustrated.
I'm not saying Dr. Jeng is an awful doctor - I just didn't have a chance to see her work. I'll try one more time on the follow up visit.
