Horrible People up front! My wife had confirmed her insurance coverage by phone the day before (Medicare Dual Complete) and then when we got there some girl says they don't take her Insurance. Then when I vent my frustration at this, some little punk starts laughing at my frustration! Very Un-professional and immature! If he is an example of their Care team then they are to be avoided! Disgusting and completely a waste of time to deal with! Avoid this place like the plague! If I could give their office staff a lower rating than one star I would do so! Dahl N.

truly this place does not deserve any star at all due to some personal issues to my car I wasnt able to make it on time for my appointment and was charged a $35 fee for no show up. This made me upset due to the fact that they take forever to reschedule and make me wait so long in the waiting room. Staff is so unprofessional and unfriendly

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! MONEY HUNGRY!!!!!!!!!! RUDE STAFF!!! Every time you ask a question or express a concern you have no one knows the answer. Theyre always finding non valid reasons to extend your contract in order for you to pay more $$$. The bands are almost always popping off or they place the brackets too tight or lose delaying your treatment because they make you wait till your next appointment to fix it. Every appointment I would go to there was always a customer complaining and the front staff was just rude.. When over the phone they would hang up on you instead of solving issue! Please save your time and money and go somewhere else!! These people dont deserve to be open they need to be shut down!!!!! THEY ABSOLUTELY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER BUT ONLY THE MONEY!!!

A 1 star is not even deserved. This office took my appt right away and took my money and now will not contact me back. This is the email I sent this morning and hopefully will get a reply. Good morning, I have been trying to reach your office by phone and email. Im also trying to get the breakdown of all the other work that is needed and that I have paid for upfront to get the discount. I have reviewed your online reviews and are becoming concerned. It seems this is a repeat concern of many people. I will be coming to your office to demand a refund of services that have not been received. I paid $6000 and have only received the tooth extraction. Im happy to pay for the services received that is not covered by my insurance. I have also alerted them of this situation in case you have tried to bill them in full.
