Dont usually give reviews but I came in on 3/29 1 minute before close (due to getting out of work late) they couldve been jerks and refused me service but the crew was super nice and friendly. Amazing Philly, will be back soon for sure !

Go to any other location but South Park Meadows, this one for some reason runs different. The sandwiches are MUCH smaller. Id consider it a one-off, but then Id be very disappointed that they saw how small the giant bread was and they still used it. The prices increased to just under $19 for a giant and Im so mad that I got a sandwich a little larger than a normal regular. The quality control was just not there and its super disappointing. Last thing and this is just a pet peeve. I no longer leave a tip for any Jersey Mikes because I have NEVER had my tip acknowledged before, whether it was take-out/dine-in or through the app. I cannot understand why any food service location does not require their employees to acknowledge when a customer leaves a tip. Anyway, I wont be leaving one, so it doesnt matter, but I thought you should know.

I frequent this location more than any other and am very rarely if ever disappointed in my food or the service received. Jersey Mike's is easily one of my favorite sandwich shops. My only minor note is that I wish the location was just a touch bigger. We always dine in, and it feels a bit cramped at times if there's more than like 1 other table being used, but that likely can't be helped, so it is what it is.

The sandwiches are pretty amazing and the location is usually speedy! However their checkout process seems a bit wonky. The manager on duty last visit was quite unwelcoming/unhelpful and rude with some of their register issues. The line level staff have been nothing but amazing to when I visited.
