The worst bank anyone could chose. They lack customer service, terrible communication. Cant ever get ahold of who you need to. Constant fraud warnings on every purchase. You are better off going American Express than this bank. Its ridiculous how little this bank cares for its customers

I refinanced my truck with them and then the company I previously was financing my truck called me every day. They were telling me they haven't received anything from ATFCU. So every time they called me I would ATFCU and they would tell me I'm fine and they're handing it. Over 2-3 weeks I talked to both of them 5+ times. The last time I spoke with them they tried to charge me $1,300 for my $600 truck payment. They never paid carmax so I had to pay all the interest that accumulated from them lying to me and saying I was fine. Their own employees on the phone didn't even understand how they were trying to do this lol I guess I should have believed the bad reviews before giving them a chance. I'd give them 0 if I could

Do not get a car loan here!! You will never see your title!! Never sent my title after paid in full and it's out of their hands they said!! Bad customer service!!!!

The phone number listed is for the main ATFCU number. Would be cool to just list the branch phone number.
