I ordered a lemonade with strawberry lemonade Trenton and they gave me a venting They forgot my Carmel on my shake. Expresso and they only gave me one scoop of Dragan fruit when I asked for 3 extra they didn't pay attention to the order I'm not made about it but they need to read the order and do it correctly I didn't get it fixed because they seemed super busy and the line behind me was growing I just wanted to Bring this to attention so improvements can be made. I love this store I stop by every time I have to go into school. I'll keep coming back

4 employees "working". I was the only customer in the store and i had to ask if anyone was preparing my tall black ice tea lemonade really? Easiest drink on the menu! Waited 5 minutes before I asked and noticing no one was making my drink. One employee behind the prep counter spraying the counter, around food product and prep tools. Then notice two employees standing at one register visiting with another who was on the other side of the counter appearing to restock?? Saw me standing not 3 feet away and ask me nothing. Once I asked if anyone was making my drink the young lady who took my order said " Oh I forgot". Literally took 2 minures for her co worker to walk over and pour my tea, hand it to me and say I'm sorry. Geez there is too many starbucks choices I won't be returning. By the way everytime I go to this particular location they say they have a shortage on matcha. Could be true but take initiative.
