So Austin to have a HEB like this ! Love it !! Need groceries ? They have it! Need BBQ ready to go or sit and eat ? They have it ! Coffee and sit and visit or work ? Yup ! Its here. Multiple levels of parking With Green lights for open parking spots and Red for taken. Oh and escalators and elevators to take your baskets up and down to your parking garage Wow love all the thoughts put in here.

I pray the future HEB on Oltorf and Congress doesn't turn out exactly like this one. This store fits in with the neighborhood surrounding it, but let's pray HEB doesn't forget the neighborhood in the Oltorf and Congress area. Please, no escalators, elevators, or parking that take up too much time and effort. What about the customer/business center? 'C'mon now!!! This HEB does not accept any retailer's digital coupons. This was stated to me by an employee named Tristan. I lost a cigarette manufacturer's digital coupon on Tuesday, May 30th, trying to explain that I have used this type of coupon at other HEB locations with no problems and okayed by management. He was not hearing it and stated that it was HEB policy not to accept any retailer's digital coupon. Seriously?! C'mon now!! Can't win for losing. I can honestly state that enough is enough and will go the extra mile and a half in the opposite direction to another and better HEB.
