        Delivery was over 30 mins late and did not make it to the intended recipient. None of the delivery instructions--like ask for Jennifer--were forwarded to the driver. Didn't rate the cookies.

        Fantastic experience, what a treat these cookies are! I ordered a few orders as holiday gifts and loved all of the selections. The cookies are a turn-key gift with gorgeous packaging. Cookie Rich is my new go-to for treats for my family and gifts.

        I am an AVID cookie lover and when I saw how unique these cookies were I knew I needed to try them. My ideal cookie is soft and a little chewy. I was a little skeptical about the texture before I tried Cookie Rich for the first time because I couldnt fathom a cookie in this shape and form to be soft- but I was PLEASANTLY surprised! Im dying to go back and try all of the flavors. The icing in the middle truly elevated the flavor and overall experience too. Love you cookie rich, thanks for being in Austin!
