Good coffee but I ordered a 16oz and it was half full. So screwed up.

A cozy bookshop with a cafe and some seating inside. Fantastic book curation. They also have a book club that meets monthly. I just wish they had more indoor seating or atleast had some heaters set up outdoors to enjoy a cup of coffee outdoors in the winter.

Great coffee. I got a cappuccino and the quality of the beans and brew was evident. Asked for a fairly specific order the barista nailed it. Ample seating since its in a hotel lobby.

While the ambience and seating is stellar, the coffee and service seemed very subpar. Here is why. Firstly, they did not have some of the classics that almost every coffee shop has. For example, a caramel latte! Secondly, they don't take names but rather write your order on the cup and then leave it at the end of the counter without even announcing that it's ready. Moreover, the writing is so small that you're left shuffling through the cups trying to figure out which one is yours. Considering the expensive prices as well, I genuinely thought I'd write down these few areas for improvement as a customer. You guys have so much potential!
