        I was recommended this place by a friend and after much thought I decided to go in and try it myself. Both Kellie and Dr. Stutelberg were very friendly. The initial consultation was fast and I feel better after my adjustment. I will be returning again.

        Do not come to this place. They try getting you with their monthly plans to get your card information and when you attempt to cancel or actually tell them verbatim you want them to stop charging your card, they continue to charge it for months. I cant say how long we have dealt with this issue and yet again they are scamming months of money from the card number they have. At this point, its like they have no humanity. Please dont allow your family members to come here, especially your elders or members that are easily taken advantage of as they will literally STEAL their money when their services are not being used AND even after requesting they stop charging the account and cancel the membership. I will not be posting the emails and screenshots we have due to privacy but Im pretty sure they are fully aware of the situation. We may have no other alternative but to go in person to this location to get this fixed and/or to physically see them remove the card number and account from their system. Its like we are talking to idiots who dont understand what it means when they are told stop charging my account.

      Hi Veronica, Our goal is to make routine chiropractic maintenance affordable and stress-free. Therefore, we regret to hear your concerns about your cancellation. No patient should be charged if they follow the proper cancellation steps outlined in their contract. One needs to turn in the signed cancellation forms to their home clinic at least 48 hours before the next billing date in order to successfully end the automatic payments. Due to the medical nature and privacy standards of your account, this is usually required to be done in person, but we are always here to help successfully cancel if you are not able to make it into the clinic.
