My first contact with Dr Owen's office is Toni. She is always kind and accommodating to my schedule. Dr Owen is very thorough and gentle. He doesn't recommend more visits than I really need and my body is feeling so much better with his care. When I have a question, he is sure to take time to give a clear answer and offers suggestions for stretches or exercises that will help me at home. I highly recommend First Chiropractic as part of my whole health regime.

I paid for a Groupon offer , in which the secretary was adamantly trying to run my insurance information; and I wanted to know what the out of pocket prices were. The doctor rushed me out of the room after the adjustment, and didnt want to tell me anything about a typical prognosis or treatment plan, saying that a 6 mm hip displacement is a big deal; but assuming I wont pay out of pocket. Secretary is annoying and bossy; demeaning tone of voice; not pleasant at all. Said she would email me the out of pocket prices and didnt; seems like the just want to take as much as they can off someones insurance policy; service was lacking. If youre going to offer a Groupon special to acquire a new customer then you should try to answer their questions; zero info about hip stretches in conjunction with a hip adjustment; acting like its a huge deal that I need to fix; doesnt want to tell me anything about the frequency of visits to fix this issue; wont discuss pricing at all; basically if you dont give them your insurance info they treat you like a number who they cant convert on; overall-disappointing

I love my Job ! I have been doing hair for 48 years.Stress on back and shoulders is a constant. Dr. Owens keeps me going and out of pain. He has new treatment tables and works magic on my body. He is a wonderful chiropractor. Warm friendly and offers advice on how to stay out of pain. His office mate Toni files my insurance and gets perfect appointment times for me. I love the no high pressure sales on anything. They do offer their own vitamins ,pillows and support items. Dr.Hunter Owens recommended i get a new mattress and I got an additional 10% off with his prescription. It helped my shoulders. Great place!

Toni and Dr. Owen have changed my life. I came into the office for initial x-rays and found out I had neck and hip issues that were quite severe. 4 1/2 months later, my hips are opening up and my neck doesn't pain me constantly. I feel better and stronger in as long as I can really remember!
