BEWARE!! Gap used to have great customer service and were very helpful. Now, they will NOT even let you exchange a gift for a different size of the same thing without a receipt or gift receipt. They cant or wont do anything at all. Will be limiting my business with Gap Inc. and shopping stores with better customer service. Please get a gift receipt with all purchases for Gap Inc. items.

They do not let you process online returns here even though their own website directs you to this one exact store. When they refused to process my return they said they knew it was an issue.
Wasting customers times with a known "issue"? What a terrible experience with an inconsiderate company.
