I have to let this be known Daniela that works at Metro PCs at slaughter and Brant Is an amazing employee she help me so much .she made us feel so comfortable and applied every aspect of her job to us I've never experienced such a more dedicated worker anywhere in Austin . You are the only one who had the patients with a disabled person and her neighbor whom had no ideal what to do for her to purchase a phone I truly mean it when we say Thank you again Daniela For welcoming us and helping us Your are a a super star to us Love and blessings to you

The service of the fat woman who attends is disgusting, you only have to pay and it takes hours because the fat woman who serves does not do her job quickly... and avoid being angry and better change company metro pcs are losing clients because of their employees

I went in to switch my service and was so glad I got Heidi as my sales person! I wanted to get an android phone but she sold me on the iPhone 11 and I couldnt be happier! Friendly fast help in store Heidi is amazing!
