        Terrible service today I went to the store to buy a device The employee Skyleen and her colleague did not want to assist me, they answered me in a bad way and in a mocking manner when I asked something, when I was on my way home I realized that they did not activate the Line, terrible service I had to go to another store to activate the sim.

        Yikes! For some reason I thought this was an actual t-mobile store not an authorized dealer. Super trashy and rude employees who dont even acknowledge you when you come in the store. Waited for 39 minutes just standing there. Gonna go to the one on my side of town instead. Very strange encounter!

        My sales associate was extremely helpful and calm even though they were clearly having a rough day! I appreciate the care, most t-mobile stores have VERY different service

        Horrible service and management, asked since the begging if a cellphone was available in store to purchase they said they will have to check inventory and never checked. Waited on line 2hrs to just get tell they didnt had the phone i wanted to upgrade. Never coming back to this location!
