Terrible service from the staff, they treated me very badly, I just wanted to pay my month's renewal and a woman who was there told me that she had to because she was not active, I knew it, but the very stubborn woman told me that she was not active, she treated me very badly, she demanded that I speak English because she didn't speak Spanish and it seemed like she spoke too much Spanish, they discriminated against me. TERRIBLE TREATMENT FOR MY RACISTS!!! and the worst is the racism of a Latina Woman at Oltorf Car wash.

Cleaned both the inside and d outside of my car. Interior cleaning is quite pricy however. Was charged a total of about $65. I will admit that they did a great job cleaning the interior of my car. Several people in their staff attended to it, the car smelled great and looked nearly brand new after they were done. When cleaning the exterior however I felt like they could have done a much better job. There were still spots on my window, and one of the guys was t too friendly. He seemed annoyed when I didnt get the first time that I had to keep my car in neutral. We gave me bc a long stare as well. Would have given 4 stars otherwise. I think their prices are just too high for what you get.
