Hall of Fame Detail - Austin Mobile Detailing & Mobile Window Tinting

I had an awesome experience with these guys! Ive never gotten my car detailed, and always thought it was only for cars that are particularly nice (mine is not). I was so grateful to these folks for their flexibility because Im a teacher and I wouldnt be able to meet with them in person. They were very helpful and professional, and my car looks and smells fantastic! As a side note, I had an unexpectedly large soup mess in my front seat (pictured) and Jeff did such an awesome job, its like it was never there!! Thank you so much!!

Service is immaculate. Tech Jeffrey is best of the best with a contagious positive personality. That being said, I am a bit disappointed that the website doesnt advertise properly in the sense that I thought this was a full wash. But it only covered the interior. Not very happy about that considering the price I paid, but Jeff made this experience an overwhelmingly positive experience and his service is 10/10 so Im giving 5 stars.

I had interior detailing done for my sedan. Jeffrey was very professional. Came out in the morning even though the weather was harsh and diligently completed the vaccum/cleaning/polish etc. Later on after the detail I called them up to find out if the windows were included in the package since I felt the windows were hazy on the inside. The manager/owner was very courtious and tried to get somebody out to finish the windows part ASAP. The communication was top notch..Based on my availability Jeffrey came out to finish up the windows too. Last but not the least the pricing, compared to others in town , is very affordable.

Maybe I am not current on what the definition of a detail actually is, but I was very sweetly gifted a car detail by my spouse for Christmas. In our minds this would at the least result in a shiny, clean exterior and a wiped down interior car. The detail was scheduled at my office and when the technician was finished he came inside my office to introduce himself and show me the final product. Walking towards the car I could see a huge bird dropping on the hood. When I asked if that had happened after he washed the car, he said Oh, I didnt wash the exterior. That wasnt included. I was never told this was an interior only job. The front and rear seat areas were nicely cleaned and wiped down. Then I checked the cargo area. I had a bike rack that has to be unlatched, but it was pretty obvious how to do it. When I opened the hatch, the inside hadnt been touched. The technician said he didnt know how to unlatch the bike rack. You couldve come inside and asked, dude. I said I wanted that cleaned. I went back in and returned 10 minutes later to a minimally detailed hatch area. They also said initially I was going to owe another $50 for this on top of the $150 my spouse had already paid! They later said they would waive it. I knew someone in the Woodlands who used a mobile wash service that washed and dried the exterior, vacuumed and wiped the interior with air freshener for $35!! Needless to say, this was a very underwhelming experience. I would not use this company again. The owner was responsive about my experience so I added a star and will likely give him the opportunity to have a better experience for my next cleaning.
