Texas Star Tire & Automotive - Waco Dr. New to the state and needing work done to get my truck registered I called Texas Star and got it in the same day. They did a great job under a time crunch. Being anxious I was constantly bugging them and they were so patient and open with information, pictures and progress. They even texted me afew days later to make sure everything was good with my registration and truck. Highly recommend them.

Personally, I'm surprised by the one-star comments, because so far, I've had nothing but great communication and transparency with BBB and their staff. The first person I spoke to was Anna Croy, and she was absolutely fantastic, personable, professional, and put a lot of my questions at ease. Brandi was also a fantastic help in the technical side of things. I'm proud to have aligned my business with BBB not just because of the name, but because the staff working it really show their care. Any business can have transactional systems, but it's the people within that either steward them well or flop it up, and these guys are stewarding things well.

I contracted them for a small garage construction back in Nov 2020. The contract states that this people should finish the project within 45 days. Now, after 8 months since the project contract was signed, they are still giving me excuses for not finishing the project. I already paid them more than 20.000 and cannot do anything about it because a clause in the contract states that if material in not available, they can stretch and delay the finishing of the project

Wow... customer service seriously lacking for this company. I called and requested an estimate for gutters and provided 2 dates (Th/Fr) I would be available because I wanted to discuss options. Was told someone would call me to schedule. On the Thrsday I was available, I received a call saying she wanted to discuss my quote. It quickly became apparent that someone had already come to the house on a different date, did an estimate. I explained to the woman that I did not have the estimate and was expecting an appointment to meet with someone about what I want and asked to have someone meet me as originally requested. She said she would check and call me back. Next day, I get a message that they would not be able to come back until following Tuesday I attempted to reach them, but was only able to leave a message explaining that I could not do this as I work- I am a hospice nurse and cannot take off on a whim, and could they please stick to original agreement. Never c got a call back. Tried several times to reach them, but never get my calls answered or returned give up trying to work with them and will find a company that provides better customer service.
