As a small nonprofit manager we have had a horrible experience with this company. They are constantly doing things incorrectly, and then trying to fix them but making other errors. It has cost us tons of hours to correct and hundreds of dollars. We are definitely looking for another payroll vendor and appreciate any suggestions!

Do you have a low IQ? Do you struggle with reading and writing comprehension? Have you been held back multiple grades or weren't able to finish middle school? If so, GREAT! Paychex is hiring.

Horrendous customer service. I was with Paychex for 14 years through 4 platforms. Customer service got worse and worse and I finally moved. Best decision ever. Need one last thing from them and have been on hold for over an hour. AVOID PAYCHEX!

I would give lower than 1 star if possible. I cancelled my account in March and was continued to be billed. They said I put the cancel on "hold" and didn't cancel.... I know this is false because I didn't need the service because I wasn't even paying myself. In these dire times they basically stole nearly $400 from me. Upon realizing this and attempting to cancel today I received an attitude from Yolanda. She became defensive when I was questioning my billing in order to understand better. I am so upset that after this review I will begin looking for other review services to warn people not join there as well.
