        The products are great at Nanotech- Surface Solutions. But even more impressive is their customer service. When my first shipment of 5 gallons of Sealant was "damaged and discarded" by Fed Ex., they "hand delivered" it to my door the next day. Are you kidding? Does anybody really do that? Yes, Nanotech did!!! They also follow up on their orders and "Thank you" by email and urge you to call if you have any problems or questions. It was, frankly, such a kind, personal touch that you don't often get from an on-line order. This is a great company with great people and great products! I wish them the best.
