Slow...slow... slow...so far 6 hours, still not loaded, they load by hand, one guy, box per box, stay away from this place, several trucks here, 9 hours and still sitting here...

Getting pretty upset with this company. My sub has been expecting Wicker coils to be delivered to San Antonio for over a week now. When I call the San Antonio Senox office, which has been multiple times a day, for multiple days, all I receive is a recording telling me to try back in a few minutes.
When I call the Austin Corporate Senox office it’s the same thing with every extension except I CAN leave a message - which has yet to be returned.
I drove over to the Senox San Antonio location to ask about the most recent shipment received that should have had Wicker coils on them. When asked about it I was told, “well we put the orders in, but honestly they just fill the trucks with whatever and send it to us. We have no idea if or when Wicker will be in the trucks.”
Because of Senox’s inability to communicate with themselves OR their customers requesting materials I am now having to deal with upset end-users of your products who are mad at ME because of excessively long wait times and lack of communication on Senox’s part.
Get your place in order Senox. Return customer calls. Have your San Antonio branch set up a voice mailbox... you know, basic business stuff?
