Vintage Modern Design Build

My wife and I recently purchased a 15 year old home in Lakeway. We hired Vintage Modern to complete a remodel of our kitchen. Alan and Jennie did a great job of listening to what we wanted to retain, and what we were open to changing. The vintage modern "look" they came up with fit well with our desire to modernize the kitchen, while tying to the original spirit of our tuscan style home. They were also consultative and pushed us when we needed to be pushed, while respecting our decisions and budget. They handled all aspects of the job from removal of the original materials to developing a vision, and implementing the job from start to finish. I would work with them again in a heart beat, and I would enthusiastically recommend them to others.

We just completed a major remodel with Alan Coy and his company Vintage Modern Design and Build. It took about 3 months to complete, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. Of course with a project of this magnitude, there are going to be snags along the way. However, Alan was always consummate professional and did whatever it took to ensure that we were informed, treated fairly and pleased with the end result. Alans core crew (Hung and Tom) are Vintage Modern employees, and they quickly earned our trust and respect. We have kids and a dog and they were extremely respectful of that. But what really stood out was their attention to detail and work ethic. They worked long hours (that we were okay with them doing), were cheerful and always brought their A games. Those characteristics were present in everything that they did. And, Id say they particularly excel in tilework. Alan was always responsive and easy to communicate with. One quality that really separates him from many of the folks that weve worked with over the years is that he genuinely cares deeply that his clients are satisfied with the quality of his work. While Alan wasnt the least expensive bid we received, he wasnt the most expensive either. His ability to estimate costs was spot on, so there were no last minute surprises. Im happy to report that we really couldnt be happier with the end result! It was a pleasure to work with Alan and his team, and we would not hesitate to recommend him for projects of any size and complexity.

We recently complete a major kitchen and master bathroom remodel with Alan and his crew at Vintage Modern Design and Build. We couldnt be more please with the results. Their attention to detail, consistent and timely communication and eagerness to please is unparalleled. We had received other quotes some comparable and some less but had the best feeling with Alan. I have heard horror stories from friends about going with a low bid teaser rate only to be left spending more money than what was agreed upon. With Alan we were given a very fair and accurate quote and this only change when WE decided to add more things because we were so pleased with the work. Our project included major structural changes to open up our kitchen. We needed an 18 foot beam and did a complete kitchen and bathroom remodel. The whole project took only 5 weeks. There were always workers present each day and my wife and I were excited to see the progress each afternoon. We cant say enough good things about the quality work and the top notch service. You will not be disappointed with Vintage Modern Design and Build.
