They asked me if anyone else was on the mortgage of my house when scheduling my consult and I said yes. My dad is on the mortgage as a co-signer even though he has not paid a cent towards the mortgage or down payment. I own and manage the house and my dad doesnt even live in the state. They refused to talk to me without my dad. When I explained that he was merely a co-signer and I own and manage the home and pay for the home including all expenses, mortgage, and repairs, they flat out refused to talk to me still. They did not respect me as a female homeowner. Please avoid this place if you want to be valued as a person and not just a second class citizen to your dad who doesnt even live in the state.

The staff at Bath Planet were all awesome! From the consultation to the finished product. The staff were both courteous and professional. I loved that I was updated every two weeks with the progress. Terrell did an amazing job with the installation! He was timely and explained the process to me. I would definitely recommend Bath Planet for your bath to shower conversion needs. Although the person that did the actual work was skilled and his work looks good, the sales rep gave us false information, add to that now we have to go behind them and hire and pay someone to fill in concrete for a 14 x 58 gap that was left because of wrong measurements. I felt bad for the worker because he was having to clean up the companys mistakes, and the price quoted was different from the final cost. So, we got stuck in the contact. I really do not recommend this Company, Bath Planet to anyone after the shadiness that we have experienced with sales and management. Services: Repair water fixtures, Bathtub installation
