The attention from the tellers and advisors and all the people working there is very polite and helpful. But I don't understand why their debit cards are prepaid type cards which is not accepted in many stores where the normal bank debit cards have no problem. I do digital art and there are websites for crafters and artists where I would like to buy some materials and can't buy because it says they don't accept prepaid cards. Plus other issues that are really annoying. Including some payments to Google don't go through and or give you problems. I think the bank is okay, the employees warm, but the their cards make no sense.

I opened up an savings account.The woman who was working with me, never told me that 10% fee would be taken out.  I didn't watch my account very closely and in a few months $150.00 had been taken out of my account.  No good explanation for this.  I've never had this happen to me at any other bank or credit union.  I closed out my account.  I just want to warn people how this bank will steal your money from you.

Rude and inefficient cashiers at the window. Third time i have had to cash their check here, would never use them as my banker
