        I can never reach anyone by phone at this location no matter when I call! Customer service has drastically deteriorated over the years and I'm extremely disappointed!

        I had a great experience at the Bank of America at 1144 Airport Blvd. The Relationship Banker Esthelin was so helpful and friendly. She answered some questions that I had and she helped me take care of some banking business. I was greeted when I walked in the door and the person asked what they could help me with. This Bank of America is now my home bank. I will be recommending this Bank to my sister who has banked with Bank of America for more than 40 years.
