I received outstanding and friendly service this morning by Ali A. when he changed my low beam headlight after purchasing. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the condition of my car before I drove off. I appreciated the amount of attention and effort he provided to make sure I was happy. I truly feel so grateful and lucky that I stopped by this specific location. There was no problems and I left with a huge smile on my face due to the great customer service. I would 10/10 highly recommend this place. Ask for Ali A. if he is available- he is incredibly helpful!

seems that some of the employees doesn't like working here... just rude/ uncaring attitudes every single time... towards various customers... if I was a mystery shopper, there's no way that this location would have passed... The only reason why, that I gave 3 stars is due to the immaculate customer service from a lady (I really forgotten her name) that has been dealing with cars for over 15 yrs has been very helpful... I will update her name once I receive it.... _____________________ _____________________ *UPDATE* (March 28th 2024) ---Well, we would like to think or know that companies, employees, customer service, & customers would REALLY want to change for the better since COVID-19... #SMH anyways, there's an #AdvanceAuto literally right next door... I'm just saying
