      • Soup Time

        I had to get my car battery urgently replaced and the staffs customer service was outstanding. They quickly identified what battery I needed and applied the recycling discount during the transaction. They also installed the new one for me, saving me the hassle so that I can go home safely.

        Avoid this location. Excessively rude, mean, and nasty people. Had a less than 2 week old battery that died and upon testing had a dead cell which I brought in for a warrantee replacement. The people were rude and did not know how to access company accounts. They refused to even sell me a new battery so that the mechanic could solve it on Monday with the location he worked with. I went to the Stassney store and they were well aware of the attitude issues with Riverside store, and the Stassney store has no problems selling me a new battery. Its like they are paid to assist the customer.
