        I really had a very bad experience. The man was someone who had no hair and had a very long beard. He was rude and didn't want to sell us a separate spring kit. He said I don't speak Spanish and then he spoke to us in Spanish. He was very racist. I was truly disillusioned. I had come before and another man treated us very well, it was on March 30 at 6:20 pm

        i came in january because my car was struggling to accelerate, but the GM was much more interested in sharing his retirement plans to Missouri. He refused to help and even mocked me for coming in for more items. S/o to his apprentice that day though, guy with curly light brown hair. He at least tried to help me and consult with the GM who continued to say it wasnt his problem.

        They barely have any tools to loan. They said people steal them. We had to buy a tool to replace the battery. They were nice though. Tested the battery for us.
