Ive called multiple times and provided all the information needed to create an account but still have not received a quote to get a lift for my Jeep. One guy said he had to call rough country to see what lift will work and that he would email the quote after speaking with rough country. I understand it gets busy but its been weeks now and I was able to get other quotes within minutes.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I made an appointment a week in advance to get my 35" tires balanced on my Jeep and inquire about a steering kit installation. They charged me $150 to "look at it" and then the foreman decided he wasn't comfortable working on it and I was denied the balance after driving 45 minutes to get there after they assured me they would do it. Then they quoted me $2700!!! to do the entire steering and suspension with overpriced parts, then they would be comfortable with balancing the tires??? Unless you have a brand new Vehicle and want to spend thousands, they do not care about you. What a rip off and a waste of time.

Had the shop fix my death wobble on my F250 and the service was was fine. Almost one year to the day, the death wobble was back. When asked about a warranty, the response I got was possibly if the manufacturer had a warranty, but were not sure and some parts may have a warranty and others may not. No shop warranty. Other shops have a 2-year warranty on everything. So, I would have had to pay $140 for them to diagnose the problem, and would be out that money regardless. Took my business elsewhere and yes, it was their parts, which may or may not have been under warranty. Should have diagnosed for free and if the problem was anything other than their parts, Id have gladly paid. They had no interest. Wont be going back to 4 Wheel Parts.

We walked into the sales floor looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE, what we heard while waiting, four service writers deciding whether or not to pay their lead mechanic more than his flagged hour for mechanical repairs to customers trucks comparing there commission! Dude that's a bad deal , you all see yourself as a courtesy customer walking inside the show room floor.
There has to be a store willing to compete for your money better than here. Was a customer since the year, 2001. No longer this day.

This was our second time working with 4 Wheel Parts and once again we needed help in making the decision of picking out rims and tires for our truck...Clay was our sales associate and he spent lots of time going options and designs and ultimately ended up picking them out for us...but we could not be happier with not only the amazing sale price but the overall look...thank you Clay!!
