We read the reviews before ordering hoping it would go well, that was a joke. (The owner helped me fix the issue and was great) we ordered 1 turbo, actuator came broken form poor shipping. they refunded for broken part. the turbo's mounting face for the exhaust was milled incorrectly and has a concave divot in it. Installed turbo and in the first day of use it was leaking oil from the VGT laver. we had to warranty it, which took 3 and half weeks to get a replacement. this one came shipped in better box, but had no covers, no plugs and of course the turbo mounting face for the exhaust was milled incorrectly! on this one as well. the guys in the shop milling these need to be fired. **************(update 9-8-22)****************** talked to owner, got his number for future orders/issues. was compensated for labor. Owner was great. **************(update 9-9-22)****************** after refacing the turbo and installing it. oil was still leaking from the VGT lever. the original reason we warrantied it the first time. **************(update 9-12-22)****************** they sent a completely different new/rm turbo to swap out said issued turbo. so far its looking good.
