The customer service at this place is so great! I had an accident and Charles answered all of my questions about timeframe and process and was great at communicating! Anytime I had an issue or needed help he would always make sure I was taken care of! Definitely recommend this business!

Just disappointed. I gave this place two different chances once last year and once this year. Each time I called I had very negative experiences. The first time I talked with a rude receptionist, the second time I talked with somebody that put me on speaker phone and gave me attitude when I asked for his name. Interesting enough, the director saw my review and said for me to call him. It got all the way up to where I got comfortable to drop off my car and before i did, he quit responding...he promised me he would take care of me from start to finish....guess not? It's interesting how they care so much once a review is made but once you actually reach out to them it's a different story. Their service department is very bad as well... if you want good service go to the north Austin dealership!
