Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting

Well, there is a lot to say about this workshop and it is not good at all if it could be called a workshop. My car entered this place on October 9, 2023 and after more than two months I had to go to rescue it, so to speak, I went in to paint and repair an accident on the driver's side, said job, my 11-year-old son would have done it better from the start. Mr. Sebastian, who is the person in charge of assisting you, is a cynical person who always walks away and does not answer the phone when called to find out how it is going. They charged my insurance more than double what my insurance estimated for the car. My car was poorly painted, even with scratches on purpose that were made when I went and found paint errors and claimed that it was poorly painted, incorrectly placed parts and missing parts. I'm going to post photos of all this. The day I went to rescue my car, they wanted to force me to sign papers stating that I was satisfied with my car and that wasn't the case. The car was painted with like three different shades of paint and they changed my battery, gentlemen, yes. They love their cars, here is not the place to repair them, greetings

At first, I was very sketchy about Maaco. But I spoke to Thomas over the phone and he told to bring my car to him so he could take a look at it. Once I got to Maaco and spoke to Thomas in person he showed me the options on what they can do for my car. So I went ahead and pulled the plug and Thomas did say that I would get my car back in a week or so but after seeing my car is was worth the wait. My coworker where I work at was surprised and amazed. All I can say is Thank you Thomas and your team. The car look freaking awesome.
