        I totally enjoy living here. Management (Lordes) and maintenance (Daniel) are very responsive to your needs. Amenties are great. My neighbors are pleasant. Mondays and Thursdays, tenants meet with our Community Coordinator(Amy) to do crafts,play games and celebrate Birthdays and socialize. Have lived here since May 2023 and have no complaints. We have a Walmart, Dairy Queen,Whataburger,Panda Express and Poyo Loco nearby and new shopping center under construction with HEB,Dollar Tree,TJ Max and Marshalls as some of businesses opening. Pick Up by Cap Metro will pick you up at front entrance for 1.25 per ride and take you almost anywhere in the Manor area. I don't plan on leaving!
