    Complained about our new upstairs neighbors making excessive noise at night during quiet hours. The first night they were trying to move in at 1045 pm. Have had to call courtesy patrol twice. 3 nights out of the 5 theyve been here. The office says well theyre new, give them some time to adjust so they dont have to abide by the rules??? Then today one of the office personnel screamed at my mom when she went down to complain of the kid upstairs running non stop at 11pm last night.

    After numerous attempts to contact corporate with multiple issues and no response for two weeks, I am compelled to explore alternative solutions. Dont move here unless you wanna have similar problems and overpay for the problems. *Email sent* Hello, we are reaching out to request termination of our lease agreement with no additional charges. We have encountered numerous unresolved issues that necessitate our departure. Firstly, the neighbors living above us are consistently loud, with children running around until well past 1 AM everyday. I understand we are in an apartment however the noises are extremely loud. I have gone myself up there 2 times and the issue is never resolved. As parents to an 18-month-old baby, we require a peaceful environment for his rest. Despite addressing this matter directly with them, the noise persists unabated. Additionally, our neighbor across the hall monitors activities through his security camera and frequently questions us about unrelated matters. The frequency of break-ins in the area is alarming, with over 5 to 6 cars experiencing smashed windows on several occasions. We own expensive vehicles, and the lack of security measures to address these incidents is concerning. Even more concerning considering yall do not do anything about it and its us having to come out of pocket. The absence of security cameras despite multiple break-ins is particularly troubling. The nighttime security patrols are inadequate and fail to ensure the safety of residents. Furthermore, the malfunctioning gate at the front entrance poses a security risk since we first moved in, allowing unauthorized access to the premises. Our packages have been stolen multiple times, including a recent incident from our front door less than a month ago. There have been distressing encounters involving random men following my wife, causing her discomfort and fear for her safety For example, she was walking to the gym in the clubhouse and two males were whistling, saying inappropriate things and following her all the way to the door. Just last week a male followed her into the elevator asking her what she was doing tonight and for her number. The overall living conditions fall far short of the luxury promised upon moving in. The presence of stains on the toilet seat and walls, coupled with areas where paint is peeling off, indicate subpar maintenance standards. Despite reporting these issues to maintenance, I wipe the walls to clean, paint comes off or it stains the wall. I have reached out to maintenance and the response is that I can come grab some paint from the front office. The response has been unsatisfactory. The discovery of a scorpion in our son's bedroom right next to his bed underscores the severity of pest control issues. Additionally, the disturbances caused by the occupants of the apartment below us, coupled with the pervasive smell of marijuana every day and night, have contributed to our dissatisfaction. To top it off we have had the gentlemen downstairs below us come banging deranged on our door multiple times and when we answer he says oh wrong apartment I thought this was my apartment. We have been residents for only six months, yet our experience has been marred by these persistent problems. I am not the type to ever complain or address problems but the safety of my family and child are feeling urgent. While we acknowledge our contractual obligations, the lease agreement did not anticipate the extent of these issues. We feel trapped due to the financial burden associated with breaking the lease and having to find a new place. Our intention is not to disparage the management but to seek an amicable resolution. We would prefer to part ways on mutual terms rather than resorting to negative reviews across all platforms. We hope you understand our situation and consider our request for lease termination without having to pay any additional fees. I also would agree to give up our deposit.     I've had a lovely experience here. Moved in Feb 2024. Staff is super wonderful, apartment is nicely appointed in pristine condition. The buildings and grounds are upkept nicely. I haven't had any issues with mail/package theft as others have mentioned as they set up a secure package receiving system a week into my living here. Not a single complaint. Really like how the management is getting strict with the tenants who are cleaning up after their dogs and leaving trash out. Had two service requests right when I moved in and they handled them immediately without delay. I'm happy for sure.

    I lived here for a year and would never renew. Things break all the time within the complex and repairs take months to fix. The automatic gate didnt work the entire time we lived here and had to use an app to open the gate. Thankfully we lived on the first floor, but both elevators in our building were broken for months. The close proximity to 183 makes foot traffic for random people walking by pretty frequent. Reports of cars stolen from the parking lot as well as break ins. We even had homeless squatters living in the apartment next to us that would have continued to be there had we not alerted the office. Management and office staff turn over is high and the general up keep of the complex is poor. Itzli that works in the office has been there the longest and has always been helpful. If youre looking for a north Austin apartment, save your time and money and dont look here. I dont know anyone renewing their lease after living here a year. Hopefully they can figure it out and the conditions will get better.
