I lived here for 1 year and all of my appliances broke. My fridge stopped working one day and they did replace it and reimburse the food I lost. But in one week I had my A/C overheat and fill my apartment with smoke, the power go out while I was at work and spoil more food because the replacement A/C was installed incorrectly, and an unannounced pest inspection in the middle of the day (I work night shift). Then a month later my dishwasher stopped working along with my oven. The dishwasher was replaced but I went the last 2 months of my lease without an oven. Half the washing machines are broken at any given time making laundry even more of a chore. Also, I repeatedly put in work orders about squirrels I could hear living in the ceiling and the fact that I could see rodent droppings in the light fixture of my kitchen and that was ignored every time. The patchwork on the walls and tiles were very shoddy even by cheap apartment standards which made the apartment look ugly no matter how it was decorated. I will say management was nice, understanding, and tried to help which is where the 2 stars comes from, but unfortunately I don't think this property is given the money from the management company to properly maintain their appliances or give time to even mediocre craftsmanship. Not the worst apartment I've lived in, especially for the price and location, but when everything kept breaking it was hard to convince myself to sign another lease. Edit: Also the parking is atrocious. There's barely enough spots for everybody and the spots are so skinny that if one person parks too close to the line everything is messed up and you'll be squeezing to get in and out of your car.

I put in a lease deposit online. Apartment turns out was already unavailable. Two weeks of no response from the on-site staff about getting my deposit back. Edit: Ive been calling, Ive left several messages. I even stopped by and talked to office staff. They said 3 days from last Friday for the deposit to be credited. They have my phone number. Im still waiting to hear from them that this is resolved.
