The Clark

Noticeable wave of what appears to be University students. Parties occurring during the week with no main office intervention. If a working professional I would highly recommend paying more for a higher end building to avoid the noise and declining state of the Clark. Cleanliness is not what it was and safety issues have also started to be a trend as of late. The cost no longer matches the value in contrast to other buildings.

The Clark is a very well maintained property, which is the first thing you'll notice upon arriving! Toured the community with clients, and was impressed with the charm of downtown living without the high-rise rents. The community features 2 elevators, which operate relatively quickly given the size of the Clark. Staff is very accommodating and personable, always a pleasure.

Really disappointed in this property as of recently. Ive lived here since 2021, property was well kept & felt safe, but over the past couple of months the property has gotten significantly worse. New staff seems to have little care for the residents concerns, there are major safety / security issues, and the overall upkeep of the property doesnt match what residents are paying. For the price of rent + amenity cost, you can find a much nicer complex in the surrounding area. I wouldve recommended this apartment complex in 2021, but would not recommend it to anyone anymore.

I had a great tour with our assigned leasing professional, Q! He was very nice and provided a lot of information about the building, the amenities, and the neighborhood.
